Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and LimitlessNumber, Inc. ("LimitlessNumber", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. The service

LimitlessNumber provides on-demand rental of virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS, one-time passcodes (OTP), and voice communications across supported countries, together with related dashboard and API access (the "Services").

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials, two-factor authentication, and passkeys secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others;
• send spam or conduct phishing, fraud, or other deceptive or harmful activity;
• evade identity verification, sanctions, or another party's security controls;
• harass, threaten, or impersonate any person or entity; or
• resell, sublicense, or abuse numbers in violation of carrier policies.

We may suspend or terminate access for suspected abuse without prior notice.

5. Numbers and availability

Rented numbers are provided on a temporary, non-exclusive basis. You do not own any number, and numbers may be reassigned, recycled, or become unavailable due to carrier or regulatory constraints. We do not guarantee delivery of any specific message or call.

6. Payments and billing

The Services are prepaid and settled in supported cryptocurrencies. You fund a balance in advance, and usage is drawn from that balance. Except where required by law, top-ups and consumed usage are non-refundable. You are responsible for any network, exchange, or tax obligations related to your payments.

7. Security

We offer account protections including two-factor authentication and passkeys. You are responsible for enabling and maintaining these protections and for all actions taken through your authenticated sessions.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, branding, and content, are owned by LimitlessNumber and its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or risk to the Services. Upon termination, active rentals cease and your right to use the Services ends.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LimitlessNumber will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LimitlessNumber is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
